I love drafting in Vectorworks. I am always looking for new things to learn about the program and new ways to optimize my workflow. There is something tremendously satisfying about organizing and building a thought out drafting.

I was a draftsman for this show, I would receive a Tech design as an AutoCAD file, then port it to Vectorworks and plate it from there. My roommate was the technical director for this show, which made it very easy to get feedback and clarification on anything needed. Part of the challenge with this was that the carpenters weren't super experienced so draftings had to be exceptionally clear and difficult to misread.
